Rulayy ships THCa products across the USA, except to states where THCa shipping is restricted. Below is a detailed list of states where we cannot ship THCa products.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 business days from the time they are placed.
 

Please note: During high-demand periods such as sales or new product launches, processing times may extend by up to an additional 7 business days.
 

Shipping Compliance

All shipments comply with U.S. hemp laws and include a Certificate of Analysis to confirm that all contents contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Restricted States

THCa products are NOT shipped to the following states due to legal restrictions: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Alaska, and Vermont.
 

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you can file a claim by emailing us at info@rulayy.com with your order number.
 

*Re-shipment terms apply only when non-delivery is confirmed to be due to factors within our control.
