No Returns

• Rulayy LLC does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once an order has shipped.

• Please do not send any products back to Rulayy LLC, as all returned packages will be refused and sent back to the sender.
   

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

• Rulayy LLC offers a 100% refund on all orders canceled prior to shipping.
   

Damaged or Faulty Products

• In the rare event that a product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, Rulayy LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a replacement. This consideration will only occur if the customer provides sufficient photographic evidence of the damage.

• Rulayy LLC documents the condition of each order with a photograph before shipping. If you receive incorrect products or products in poor condition and Rulayy LLC verifies the mistake, a replacement will be re-shipped at no additional charge.
   

Chargeback Policy

• Rulayy LLC requests that customers contact us at info@rulayy.com before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.

• If a chargeback is made, Rulayy LLC reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks if the transaction was processed in accordance with our terms of service and approved transaction policies.

• Customers are encouraged to refer to our detailed cancellation, refunds, and replacement policies before proceeding with a chargeback.
   

Policy Governance

• This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
   

Reminder

• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO RULAYY LLC. All such packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
